13 March 2025

6:30pm–8:00pm GMT • 7:30pm–9:00pm CET • 10:30am–12:00pm PST

In this participatory online workshop, we’ll collaboratively explore self-doubt towards our own capabilities using a game of dilemma.

Together, we will:

  • Discuss some positive scenarios that trigger self-doubt (e.g. a promotion). You can also contribute your own experiences for us to troubleshoot together.
  • Identify the mixed emotions at play
  • Explore some underlying factors that drive us to second guess our own capabilities, even when we’ve just scored a win.
  • Discover how our choices interact with external biases – and why that really matters
  • Brainstorm actions to combat self-sabotage.
  • Find at least 1 action you have the power to take today.

This workshop is for you if, for example:

  • you have a tendency to deflect compliments
  • you cringe at the thought of having to brag about yourself
  • you suffer from ‘imposter syndrome’

This is an original event created in support of International Women’s Day 2025. All genders are welcome.

Web link to join the workshop will be sent to participants at least 1 day before the event start date.

The workshop uses collaborative tools via a web browser, access on a desktop or large screen device with a strong internet connection is recommended (see: Miro’s browser support).
